These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of remotejobfor.me, including our website, accounts, job listings, job alerts, saved jobs, application tracker, contact features, paid employer services, digital products, and related services. remotejobfor.me is operated by Ryan Almasu, located in Indonesia.

By accessing or using remotejobfor.me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Our Service and Eligibility

remotejobfor.me is a remote-job discovery and organization platform. The Service may allow you to browse location-aware job listings, search by country or category, save jobs, create job alerts, manage job-search preferences, track application progress, contact support, join a waitlist, purchase a job-seeker resource, or access eligible employer visibility features.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your location, to create an account, purchase a product, or use account-based features. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law or if your account has previously been suspended for misconduct.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, use only your own account, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity resulted from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms. We may use third-party authentication providers, including social-login providers, whose separate terms and privacy policies may also apply.

3. Job Listings

Job listings may be collected from employers, applicant-tracking systems, public job boards, recruitment platforms, or other third-party sources. Listings may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, changed by the employer, or already closed.

remotejobfor.me does not guarantee that a job is available, legitimate, suitable, accurately described, or available to you. We are not the employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or hiring decision-maker for the jobs shown on the Service.

4. External Applications

When you select an application link, you may be redirected to an employer's website or a third-party hiring platform. Your application is submitted directly to that employer or platform, and remotejobfor.me generally does not receive the application materials you submit there.

External websites may have different terms, privacy practices, security procedures, and eligibility requirements. For signed-in users, the Service may record that an application was started for your application tracker, but a Started record does not confirm that an application was completed or submitted.

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

You may submit application notes, preferences, support messages, feedback, employer company details, job listing content, promotion settings, or other content. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and any feature you request.

You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse another person's account, impersonate someone, submit false or misleading information, upload malware, bypass security controls, probe or test the Service without permission, scrape or systematically copy listings, overload the Service with automated requests, send spam, harass users, publish unlawful or discriminatory job claims, or violate another person's rights.

6. Intellectual Property and Third Parties

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, original text, graphics, databases, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Ryan Almasu, trading as remotejobfor.me. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Job descriptions, employer names, logos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, security, terms, privacy practices, products, services, or employment decisions.

7. Paid Features and Privacy

Employer visibility requires an active paid monthly subscription. Depending on the plan and current availability, paid employer features may include job posting, pinned company visibility, boosted preserved listings, and editorial promotion through the remotejobfor.me Threads profile. Promotion is published in our editorial voice, may link to the company's listings or company page, and is subject to eligibility, review, scheduling, and service availability; it does not guarantee applicants, traffic, interviews, or hiring results.

The Remote Job Application Starter Kit is a one-time digital product for job seekers. No account is required before checkout. After successful payment confirmation, the product is delivered to the email used at checkout. If you later sign in with the same email, we may link the purchase to your account and show purchase history when the payment record can be matched. Prices, billing periods, taxes, cancellation, refunds, checkout terms, and delivery details shown by the third-party payment provider or at checkout apply to the transaction. The payment provider processes payment information, and we generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Our related data practices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, provider outages, internet problems, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, paid visibility features, social promotion, and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. remotejobfor.me does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, compensation, immigration eligibility, work authorization, applicants, traffic, hiring outcomes, product suitability, or the accuracy of any job listing or generated promotional copy.

9. Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Almasu, trading as remotejobfor.me and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service, a paid feature, a digital product, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ryan Almasu, trading as remotejobfor.me and its representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, submitted content, employer listing claims, violation of another person's rights, or violation of law.

10. Termination, Governing Law, and Changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, engage in abuse or fraud, submit unlawful content, or if we are required to do so by law or discontinue the applicable Service. We may stop or decline a promotional post when eligibility, accuracy, safety, or provider requirements are not met.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. The courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Last updated: 10 September 2026.
