Technical Delivery Manager (Technical Engagement Manager)

Bugcrowd is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the technical onboarding, configuration, and ongoing execution of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and Pentest programs for customers. The role involves leading end‑to‑end technical implementation, serving as the primary technical contact during launches, guiding vulnerability triage and communication workflows, and collaborating with customer experience and sales teams to align delivery with expectations. The position requires at least two years of customer‑facing technical experience, knowledge of pentest and bug‑bounty methods, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
