Talent Coach

The Talent Coach role is a full‑time, remote position based in Europe, South America, or Central America, where the employee will coach and support Toptal’s global talent network. Responsibilities include one‑on‑one coaching, performance remediation, workshop facilitation, and documentation of coaching activities to measure impact. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience in performance management or coaching, and strong communication skills across video, Slack, and email. The position offers no visa sponsorship and requires English‑language communication.
