Strategy & Operations Lead - India

OpenAI seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead for India, based in Bangalore with a hybrid remote model (three days in office). Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will define and execute the regional operating strategy, align with APAC and global goals, establish performance metrics, and build scalable processes across multiple business lines. The leader will also develop and mentor a high‑performing operations team, coordinate between global and regional stakeholders, and support market entry and partnership initiatives.
