Staff Visual Product Designer, Design Systems

Vanta is hiring a Staff Visual Product Designer for its Design Systems team. The remote, full‑time role in the United States will define and evolve the company’s visual language, create scalable design‑system elements, and ensure accessibility across complex security and compliance workflows. The designer will partner with product, engineering, research, content and brand teams, use AI tools in the design process, and mentor other designers while measuring system impact through adoption and usability metrics.
