Staff Platform Engineer | Observability

Staff Platform Engineer – Observability at Wellhub is a fully remote position based in Brazil. The role focuses on building and maintaining a global observability platform using open‑source tools such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include designing scalable, cost‑effective observability services, creating developer‑friendly abstractions, and ensuring the stack remains resilient and efficient. The engineer will work with cloud‑native technologies, code in Golang, Ruby or Python, and collaborate across teams to improve tooling and standards.
