Sr. Product Engineer

Help Scout is hiring a Sr. Product Engineer to build AI‑powered customer support features on a fully remote basis in the United States. The role focuses on end‑to‑end product ownership, with a strong emphasis on front‑end JavaScript/TypeScript and React, while also handling back‑end components such as LLM retrieval, embeddings, and tool‑calling. Engineers will work with Kotlin, Java, PHP, and a range of data and AI technologies, and will collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and small cross‑functional teams to ship reliable, accessible AI features.
