Senior Stock Administrator

Discord is seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to manage the daily administration of its global equity plans, including grant processing, exercises, settlements, tax withholding, and reporting. The role involves validating transactions, reconciling data across systems, supporting SOX compliance, and providing employee education on equity programs. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Stock Administration and collaborates with Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and HR teams, as well as external auditors and vendors. It is a U.S.-based remote role, with an optional office location in the San Francisco Bay Area.
