Senior Product Manager, Community Building

Acorns is hiring a remote Senior Product Manager to lead the new Community product team. The role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with a senior designer and engineering team to design and launch engagement loops, social sharing, and habit‑forming features that drive organic growth. Responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, owning key metrics such as daily active users, referral rates and retention, and establishing a rigorous experimentation process. Candidates should have prior experience building growth or engagement products in social, gaming, or high‑growth consumer settings, including A/B testing and SQL analysis.
