Senior Analytics Engineer

Prefect is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to manage go-to-market data modeling for its automation platforms. The role requires four or more years of experience with dbt and cloud warehouses, focusing on production-ready models with testing and version control. The engineer will define metrics for self-serve and sales funnels, build attribution models, and calculate unit economics such as customer acquisition cost and lifetime value. This full-time remote position involves creating reporting layers using Omni and Looker to enable self-service analytics for growth teams. The candidate will report to the Chief Growth Officer, working closely with marketing, sales, and product departments to optimize customer journey visibility and business performance.
