Product Counsel

Gemini is hiring a Product Counsel to provide legal and regulatory guidance for its digital asset exchange, payments, broker‑dealer, and other emerging product lines. The role involves advising product, design, marketing and technology teams throughout the product lifecycle, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and managing licensing and compliance projects. Candidates must hold a JD, be admitted to a U.S. state bar, and have at least six years of relevant experience in a law firm or in‑house setting. The position is remote within the United States, with optional hubs in New York or Miami.
