Principal Software Engineer, Program Structure

Vanta is hiring a Principal Software Engineer for its Program Structure team, working remotely from anywhere in the United States on a full‑time basis. The role leads the design and phased delivery of a multi‑tenant enterprise organization model that supports hierarchical product lines, data isolation, audit workflows, scoped approvals, and EU/GovCloud data residency. The engineer will define core platform abstractions, guide incremental migrations of a live system, and coordinate across multiple squads without formal authority, partnering with engineering leadership, product, and design.
