Partner Operations & Systems Lead

Supabase is hiring a senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to work remotely from the US West region on a full‑time basis. The role reports to the Head of Partnerships and is responsible for designing and maintaining the partner tech stack, data infrastructure, onboarding programs, internal automations, and performance reporting. The person will also contribute to partner strategy, coordinate with Sales, RevOps, Legal and Finance, and build lightweight internal tools using AI‑assisted development. The position offers a fully remote work environment with equity, health coverage, and professional development allowances.
