Mission Engineer - Vancouver, British Columbia

Axon is hiring a remote Mission Engineer based in British Columbia to act as the primary owner of customer outcomes for strategic agency accounts. The role involves on‑site discovery of agency needs, designing and deploying AI‑powered agents, workflows, integrations and data pipelines on Axon’s platform, and iterating until solutions are adopted in production. The engineer will lead operational transformation, measure impact, and share field insights to shape product roadmaps, while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
