Litigation Counsel

Litigation Counsel at Clipboard is a full‑time remote role in the U.S. The position involves managing diverse litigation workstreams such as independent contractor classification, unemployment insurance, professional negligence, data privacy, and third‑party subpoena responses. The counsel will partner with internal teams and outside counsel, draft pleadings, and develop eDiscovery strategies. The role requires a JD, at least five years of experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
