Head of Learning Solutions

Andela seeks a remote Head of Learning Solutions for its North America team. The role leads the learning vertical within the Solutions organization, creating and commercializing AI‑focused reskilling programs for enterprise clients. It starts as an individual contributor with the possibility to build a team, collaborating with partners such as GitHub, OpenAI and Anthropic and cross‑functional groups across the company. Candidates need at least five years in enterprise learning or workforce transformation, three years in product or solution design leadership, and experience scaling technical education for large learner cohorts.
