Finance Systems Manager

The Finance Systems Manager role is a full‑time remote position based in Hong Kong, reporting within Binance's finance and accounting function. The role oversees the finance inventory system roadmap, leads UAT cycles, drives ERP integrations and data migrations, and builds automated tools and AI‑enhanced workflows using Python, SQL, VBA and low‑code platforms. Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience in FinTech or financial services, be a qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA) with multi‑currency expertise, and possess strong ERP, UAT, Excel and stakeholder‑management skills, plus a demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in finance operations.
