Engineering Manager, AI

Lattice is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its AI Intelligence Quality team. The role involves managing a remote US-based group of AI and software engineers, overseeing the AI Platform roadmap, and collaborating with product, data science, and applied AI partners to define and improve AI quality metrics, evaluation infrastructure, and experimentation tools.
