Director, Organizational Development

Thumbtack seeks a remote Director of Organizational Development to lead its Talent and Organizational Development function. Reporting to the Head of People, the role will define a multi‑year strategy that integrates performance management, career architecture, succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, and change initiatives. The director will manage a small team of practitioners, partner with senior leaders and HR business partners, and build measurement systems to assess impact, all while applying an AI‑first approach to scale talent capabilities across the company.
