Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist role is a remote position based in Portugal, supporting Salsify’s go‑to‑market operations. The specialist will coordinate services capacity, manage staffing and scheduling in Kimble, triage GTM requests, and maintain operational playbooks in Confluence and Google Docs. They will act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Revenue Operations, ensuring smooth deal handoffs and providing general reporting using Google Sheets. The role reports to the Senior Manager of GTM Operations and focuses on day‑to‑day operational coordination rather than technical system design.
