Responsibilities include coordinating large and small events, managing ticketing and guest lists, researching venues and vendors across regions, supporting on‑site logistics, developing social‑first activation ideas, and handling post‑event reporting. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency with Google Workspace, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours with a globally distributed team.
