Account Manager (Tech Touch/ High Volume)

Loadsmart seeks a remote Account Manager (Tech Touch/High Volume) based in Brazil to design and run a self‑service account management program for its SaaS logistics platforms. The contractor will own the post‑onboarding lifecycle for a large portfolio, using automation, data‑driven playbooks and CRM workflows to drive adoption, renewals and expansion while monitoring churn and health metrics.
