About the Role:
As a Salesforce Developer at JumpCloud, you will take ownership of the technical solutions that power our business. Based in India, you will be responsible for the cross-system design, integration architecture, and long-term health of our Salesforce platform primarily and its connections to the wider system landscape at Jumpcloud. You will tackle complex technical challenges, from high-volume data migrations to intricate debugging, ensuring our systems are scalable, maintainable, and robust. This is a role for a developer who thinks in terms of architecture, performance, transformation into systems of context and last but not the least business impact.
About the Team:
We are a highly collaborative, globally distributed Enterprise Systems Engineering team responsible for the reliability of our core enterprise applications. Because our team spans multiple time zones, we rely heavily on trust, accountability, and seamless asynchronous communication. We value curiosity and continuous improvement, and we actively support each other’s career growth. We operate with deep customer empathy and a discovery-driven mindset, working cross-functionally with Sales, Global customer success, Marketing, Product and Finance.

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
Language
JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
