TL:DR: We're hiring an HR Business Partner to work with our Modelling organization, supporting Research and Engineering through an extraordinary phase of growth.

We're looking for someone who

• Has strong HRBP experience

  5+ years as an HRBP or People Partner

• Knows technical organizations

  Has partnered with Engineering, Research, or similarly technical teams

• Has scaled

  Has worked in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment

• Thinks globally

  Has supported distributed teams and leaders

• Writes exceptionally well

  Clear, concise written communication is core to how we operate and influence

• Is pro-team

  Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better

• Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
